English I Read To Kill a Mockingbird by Harper Lee and be prepared to discuss upon returning in the fall.
English II Read The Kite Runner by Khaled Hosseini.  Write a paper (2-4 pages, typed, double-spaced, times new roman, 12pt, 1 inch margins) on the theme of parent-child relationships as it relates to the novel.
