Amber Martin at her new deskGray Stone Day School had an exciting move in day on November 6.  Students, parents and staff all helped with the move.  Everyone is settling in to their new home and all are happy to be on a regular class schedule. "There are many things left to be done but it is nice to have everyone in their own space. It is fun to see what is happening in the classroom," said Helen Nance, Chief Administrative Officer.

The school was fortunate to have Allyson Seigel of Charlotte, NC donate many desks and bookshelves for the classroom as well as an Armour the school is using as a supply closet.  Her generosity has saved the school several thousand dollars and we cannot thank her enough. It is because of donations like this that our school is able to provide students in a rural area with great opportunities.
