Gray Stone Day School’s graduates have the opportunity to be recognized for their academic achievements while in high school; however, a valedictorian and salutatorian will not be recognized. Gray Stone does not release a class rank (unless required by college applications). In lieu of traditional recognition, honor students will be divided into three categories: · Highest Honors: Students with a weighted GPA of 4.600 or higher · High Honors: Students with a weighted GPA between 4.450 and 4.599 · Honors: Students with a weighted GPA between 4.300 and 4.449 The appropriate denotation will be placed on the graduate’s diploma. Any questions regarding this process should be directed to the Guidance Office. |
