About Us
Juniors Brickner and Efird Selected to Attend Governor's School
Gray Stone Day School is proud to announce that Rebecca Brickner and Lea Efird have been selected to attend the North Carolina Governor’s School. The Governor’s School is a five week residential program held on two college campuses (Salem College and Meredith College) for 550 gifted rising seniors from across the state. Students are nominated for outstanding achievement in an area of Academics or Visual/Performing Arts, and selection is highly competitive. Both Gray Stone students will attend Governor’s School East at Meredith College where Rebecca will study Social Science and Lea will study English. Congratulations to Rebecca and Lea!
