Gray Stone has instituted a new policy for ensuring all student-athletes are eligible prior to participation. The first step in the process is to submit a completed Parent Consent For Participation form and a valid Sports Physical . Once these forms are submitted, the Athletic Trainer (Mr. Muccino) will provide the student-athlete with an Eligibility Certification Card. The card must then be taken to the Director of Athletics (Mr. Morris) who will verify academic and attendance eligibility prior to signing the card. The student-athlete will then need to take the card to their parents for a signature. The completed card with three signatures must be submitted to the head coach prior to trying out. No student will be permitted to participate once formal practices begin without having a completed card. If you have any questions about this eligibility process, please contact the Athletic Office at 704.463.3314 or email Mr. Morris at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
